Every January, Global Languages offers intensive language classes and non-credit activities for the MIT community during the Independent Activities Period (IAP). In addition to introductory classes in regularly-offered languages, our IAP participants can study languages that are not yet offered during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Recent offerings include American Sign Language, Chinese calligraphy, Kichwa, and Ukrainian. Classes with a 21G subject designation will be offered for credit.
